Formerly co founder of CollXab, Andrew Warren is launching his new company.

While not much information can be shared yet, the company will have a talent representation focus, and be located in New York City and needs an immediate day to day manager/agent to two talents;

Emira D'Spain is an American model, former beauty director at PAPER, and social media creator. In 2022, she became the first Black transgender woman to model for Victoria's Secret. Known for her "Get Ready With Me" Tik Tok videos, Emira has amassed over 1.3m followers. Emira has been featured on the covers of Galore, Tmrw, Social Life and PAPER magazine and is most widely known as one of the biggest beauty creators.

Ming Lee is the oldest daughter of hip-hop legend, Russell Simmons, and model Kimora Lee Simmons. Ming has already made quite a name for herselfas an entrepreneur and beauty and fashion icon. Ming is a recent NYU graduate who has a passion for design and fashion. She has been working alongside her mother as creative director of Baby Phat for its design and collaborations. Following in her mothers footsteps, Ming models. Ming as well outside of modeling and design, is a content creator.


Responsibilities pertaining to Emira and Ming:

In the past/upcoming two weeks alone, the two girls have booked social media and general campaigns with brands such as Peter Thomas Roth, Morphe, Kosas, La Roche Posay, Tiffany & Co, Sol de Janerio, Covergirl, Charlotte Tilburry and more.They have had to attend events such as The Mugler dinner, and Miami Tennis Open. As well they have work trips with brands like La Roche Posay in Miami, and Kosas in Mexico. Communication with the girls is needed everyday.

  • Organizing the girls schedules
  • Organizing their brand partnerships
  • Overseeing their brand partnerships
  • Organizing their event invites, and sharing their invites with them
  • Communication with brands, and keeping relationships
  • Creating new relationships
  • Handling their brand gifting
  • Brand reach out for the girls, as well as general reach out
  • Reach out pertaining future paid partnerships
  • Occasionally going to event(s) with them
  • Occasionally going on work trips with them
  • Being on set for their photoshoots, cover shoots, and filmed brand partnerships
  • Assisting them in all and any needs that a day to day manager or assistant may be asked

Role of a Talent Agent/Talent Manager:

Candidate ideally has worked in marketing, influencer marketing, talent management, PR prior. Ideally they have worked with a company like UTA, CAA, ICA, DBA, WME etc. The ideal candidate has their own rolodex of strong brand connections and strong contacts. Most importantly familiar with working with talent of all sorts.


General Company Responsibilities

● Handle consistent communication with roster of talent and provide strategy and counsel across all

business matters including social media, industry trends, brand extensions and growth trajectory

● Create new and leverage existing relationships with brand & agency contacts to develop deal flow

and meet revenue goals. This includes brand pitching and check ins with brand

● Oversee parts of digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and talent engagement initiatives

● Develop creative and strategic business ideas and new ventures with talent’s strengths and goals

● Represent talent in contract negotiations and manage contract process

● Execute partnerships with talent from post contract phase through campaign completion

● Manage the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc) to talent/influencers for a specific campaigns

and programs

● Help manage talent gifting

● Bi-Weekly newsletter updates promoting the talent

● Ignite steady drumbeat of proactive and inbound product requests, talent dressing opportunities,

and entertainment event opportunities

● Develop and manage agency database of go-to talent, digital influencers and brand advocates

● Oversee and maintain weekly and monthly recaps for all team projects

● Weekly calls with clients and in house talent

● Develop and contribute to the new business process including research, proposal and pitch

preparation
